In preparation for the Eat from the Pantry Challenge, I set the goal of taking inventory of my freezer and pantry. Well, I managed to get the freezer inventory completed and I’m embarrassed to say that I had a garbage bag FULL of expired food! Eek! I’m so glad I went through the freezer because I’m determined to not let that happen again!!
