Okay, so I haven’t personally tried Tracy’s 30- Day Method, but just reading through the book there were several things I liked right away. For instance, Tracy has a ton of stretches and exercises and each one is illustrated clearly with a picture. So much better than reading words and trying to figure it out yourself. Tracy also includes many, many healthy recipes with ingredients you can find easily in the grocery store (read: no weird diet foods). She also includes a dvd featuring a dance cardio routine- i love me some dancing!
On the other hand, Tracy wants her readers to commit to her 30-day program EXACATELY and COMPLETELY. Doing this of course requires a big time commitment.
Even if you’re not quite ready to commit to the 30-Day program there are still useful tips and recipes to keep you healthy included in the book.

I like that the book has a plan to help you work on dropping weight in just 30 days and that it has step by step instructions and pictures to help with the workouts.
I’d love to win this for the simple reason that I need to get in shape, and I need a program that will force me to not slack off.

I would like to win this book because I am trying to lose at least 10 pounds, and I would like to have a new exercise routine.
Could always use a little extra motivation in the exercise area to keep from getting bored, so I'd definitely like to try this.
I so need this! I have been trying to lose weight and seem to be doing the opposite no matter what. As I am getting older it is getting much harder to take it off. I weigh more now than I ever have (without being pregnant). Please help! It sounds awesome.
