2- Taco Bell Queso- $0.88 each** These are actually on sale for $1.49; however my mom pointed out to one of the grocery managers that the $0.88 sale sign (for Salsa) had been placed in front of the Queso. The manager was super nice and told us that we could have the Queso for $0.88!
Total Out Of Pocket- $17.53 + tax

Several of the holiday items were not ringing up 50% off like they were suppose to (so be sure to double check if you’re heading to Walmart). The Ziploc bags weren’t exactly in with the 50% off Christmas décor (and they weren’t ringing up 50% off), but they let me have them for 50% off anyway- so it probably wouldn’t hurt to ask if you find them in your store.

I’m slowly getting over the sticker shock of organic foods and I’m hoping once I have some organic staples and some meals figure out things won’t be so expensive! It’s funny, even though I’ve spent $100 + on groceries in a week I feel good knowing that I’m buying healthy and nutritious foods. It has certainly been an adventure hitting every grocery store in town trying to figure out which store has organic this and that!
One of hardest parts so far has been going without my diet soda! Ugh, water is just so boring! And sweets, I LOVE sweets and I’m doing my best to avoid them, but the cravings are killing me.
Lastly, I know my deal posting has slowed in the last two weeks. Don’t worry, even though I’m making adjustments to my lifestyle that doesn’t mean I’m going to stop shopping the deals and freebies . I’ve just been spending a lot of time grocery shopping, researching, and reading about eating real foods that it has left me with little extra time. So please bear with me. :)

While I was in Walmart picking up part of my husband birthday present earlier this week, I came across these Super Sticky Post-It Notes marked down to $0.60 each. I used the $1.00/1 Super Sticky Coupon from the 8-15 SS and made a $0.40 profit on each one! So keep an eye out for these and make sure you pick up items to cover your overage!
Note: Overage is not guaranteed, but more often then not I get it. :)

I recently had the opportunity to attend a DiGiorno house party where I received some awesome coupons (thanks Jennifer)! It was the first time I had ever had DiGiorno and I thought it was actually pretty tasty (especially the stuffed crust!). We love pizza around here so when I found out that Walmart had some varieties for $4.98 I had to stop.
